In 2022, we had thousands of ceremonies created by people in 14 countries around the world using our one-of-a-kind ceremony creation platform. We thought it would be fun to see what types of ceremonies and rituals were the most popular!
The top five types of ceremonies
Mother Loss Ceremony
A mother loss ceremony can help you acknowledge the feelings you might be holding in connection with the loss of a mother, the loss of a child, or your own complicated relationship with motherhood. It could be in connection with a holiday, a significant anniversary, or a meaningful date.
Croning Ceremony
Croning ceremonies seek to dismantle the myth that aging women lose their power, and instead celebrates women as they step into a new kind of power that only feminine wisdom and maturity can bring.
Celebration of Life Ceremony
A celebration of life is an informal gathering that celebrates the life of someone who died and the legacy they leave behind. It can be in addition to, or an alternative of, a memorial or funeral, and often features lighthearted and participatory rituals that bring people together in their time of mourning.
Death Anniversary Ceremony
A death anniversary ceremony is designed to help you mark an anniversary, holiday or special date connected to a loved one’s death. These rituals can help you name, acknowledge, and process the many emotions you may be holding, supporting you through a difficult time with attention and intention.
Mother Blessing Ceremony
A mother blessing ceremony offers a more holistic approach to supporting a mother as she prepares to welcome a child into the world. It’s often an intimate gathering that helps the mother-to-be feel seen and supported.
The top five rituals added to ceremonies
Here are the top rituals in each ceremony stage that people selected when creating their ceremony:

We are so grateful for all of the ceremony stories that our members share back with us. It has been such a gift to learn and grow together as a community.
Here’s to what was, what is, and what will be.
